[CT Birds] Dowitcher species reported in YTD list

Ken Elkins has kindly informed me that he and Frank Gallo were able to
identify the Dowitcher seen on 3/25/08 as a Short-billed. So that is how I
will treat it in the Year to Date List. Thanks, Ken.
