[CT Birds] Hummingbirds

Dear CT-birders,

New England Hummers has been recording arrival and departure data on Ruby-throated Hummingbirds for our region for the past five years. Please visit http://www.nehummers.com for a description of the study and to read some of our recent published and unpublished reports, and other interesting information.  We are continuing to record arrivals this year. As people have mentioned, so far there have been two reports, one in RI and one in MA, so it is definitely time to put those feeders out!

To participate in the study, please report the first male Ruby-throated you see at your yard or feeder, and the first female Ruby-throated. You can report on the website, or you can just post your sighting here on CTBirds.
