[CT Birds] Hummingbirds and others, banding

No hummers yet but a pair of chickadees is moving moss into one of our nest
boxes! I have moved a nearby box to the other side of the yard as a
precaution against the house wrens who would kill the nestlings if they were
within the wren's territory (about 50 yds, I believe). It was a slow
banding week at Birdcraft (Fairfield, CT) with our only migrants phoebes and
golden-crowned kinglets.
