[CT Birds] UConn Bohemian Waxwing and RHWO still present

As of 1:05pm today a lone Bohemian Waxwing was present high in a Swamp Maple at the edge of Swan Lake across from the CLAS building. It was perched in the same spot for 45min by itself. There were a half-dozen Cedar Waxwings fly-catching from nearby trees. There is still a decent amount of fruit on the crabapples next to the CLAS building where waxwings have often been seen recently.
The Red-headed Woodpecker is still present in the trees in our side yard closest to Wormwood Hill Road (see home address below). It spends a lot of time gazing into what could be a nice nest cavity if only a mate would wander by ... we'll see.
