The WHITE-EYED VIREO is still in the yard, from 4/7 to 4/11, quite content
to forage through the wetlands. I have had many RUBY-CROWNED KINGLETS and
GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLETS all week. Both species have been present for over a
month, but their numbers have increased - especially the Ruby-crowned. I
throughly searched for any early warblers but have yet to find any in the
wetlands.
I'm glad to see other warblers are showing up (Yellow? Very nice) - but he
still seems to be the only Vireo in the state.
