[CT Birds] Aerial display

  While waiting for traffic to move so I could exit a driveway on Sacket Pt Rd. my attention was drawn skyward to the sight of a large bird being pursued by a larger bird.  When I focused my eyes on what I was looking at what I saw was a mature Bald Eagle in close pursuit of a Herring Gull seemingly gaining on the Gull with each downward stroke of it's wings!  I was able to watch until traffic began to move.  I could only think that the Eagle was either "very angry" or "very hungry!"  I was amazed at the agility of Eagle as well as the agility of the Gull!  All in all a great aerial display!
