[CT Birds] hawks

Hi Again,Can someone give me info on Red Tailed Hawks and Red Shouldered. My Mom lives in a wooded area, and there is always a pair of Hawks nesting some were in the back woods. I think it is the same couple every spring there back, so i did'nt know if they migrate? Thanks Lisa
