[CT Birds] birds for today.

Hi All, not to bad birding today,   here's my list.   Stafford Springs  Sodom rd 1 Ruffed Grouse, numerous chicadee's, numerous Downy Woodpeckers, Tufted Titmice, White Breasted Nuthatches. ( This Grouse was either territorial, Tame, or just crazy he or she came right up to my drivers side door, i tried to get a picture it moved, i went to drive slowly away it went in front of my car, this game continued for at least 1/2 hour it would go back and forth from one side of the dirt road to the other right when i was trying to go it would  stop in front of the car. it finally ran off when a jogger came by).The only other thing i could think of was that my car is tan. Any thoughts? next on the list.   Durkee Rd Somers, Scantic Riparian, 1 Palm Warbler, numerous redwing black birds, grackles, 1 pair Mallards, Morning Doves, Song Sparrows, 1 Dark Eyed Junco, House FInches, Canadian Geese. Blue Jays, chicadee's, Titmice, Crows, 1 heard mysterious bird,.  Somers, by the Mill pond, 1
 Swallow not sure which one in flight white to tan rump. Rt 190 Golf Coarse  Somers/Enfield numerous Geese mixed in looked like a few Snow Geese and a couple others i am not sure of there names. (lost field Guide). Also 1 Eastern Bluebird Male, Robins 1 Wood chuck, Geese and crows on a few side streets in somers near horse farms.  clients house at avery park stafford spgs, 1 red breasted nuthatch continues on her feeder, my house my stepdaughter thinks she may have seen hummer on feeder, not sure yet i have to confirm.
