[CT Birds] RUFF-YES!

4/19 Grace Salmon Park - RUFF continues berweeen 7:00-7:30am showing well. 
Still present when Frank left for work.
Based on his description, and not having seen the bird, it's probably a 
first-summer male. Large size and relatively short bill would seem to 
indicate a male, while the dull, grey-green legs are more a feature of 
first-year birds.
