  10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.  Good looks the whole time.  Afforded an opportunity to study the bird's habits, demeaner and confirmation.  Also to compare the differences with the      Greater Yellowlegs.  It is better to view the Ruff when the tide is rising or receding rather than absolute low where the bird can venture far and wide on the mud flats thus making it more difficult to be seen.
