[CT Birds] Little Blue Heron

April 21st - A Little Blue Heron was discovered on the bank of the Farmington River in the Collinsville section of Canton at about 2:30 PM this afternoon by Chris Mathein.? This bird is rare this far inland.? The bird was still present at 7:00 PM.? Look for it near the remains of the railroad bridge on the far shore across from Collinsville Canoe and Kayak.
