4/24/08? Pond at Orchard Hill in Bristol GREAT EGRET, 6:45 am. 
Others in April have been:
4/2 Ring Neck (returned with female) (2)
4/3?Belted Kingfisher, Blue Heron (1)
4/5 Killdeer (4)
4/8 Male Cardinal
4/9 Red Tailed Hawks Circling?(one had red tail, 2 did not (juveniles?)
4/10 Canadian Goose has nested pondside, 2 eggs, female sits 24/7; male watches in protection
4/12 Female Pheasant (1), American Goldfinch (8) males, Black Caped Chickadee (1), American Kestrals-pair
4/13 Northern Flicker(males) ?(5), Northern Harrier (1)
4/24 male Red Winged Black Birds?have increased-setting up territory, other birds leaving.
4/24 Canadian Goose Eggs cracked- raided by predator???
