[CT Birds] Newgate Rails-to-Trails

4/26   East Granby, Newgate Rails-to-Trails (off of Copper Hill Road)    -      8  NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH,  4  RUSTY BLACKBIRD    

This paved flat trail bisects a wonderful wetland complex, it travels both south, and now north of Copper Hill Road. Today was the first time I took my bike along the newly paved north side and found the place to be wonderful. There's an extensive marsh with lots of potential for great birds. Swamp Sparrows were everywhere! Check it out.
