[CT Birds] Migration today and tomorrow

I only have a moment because I'm being pulled in 10 different ways at work
at the moment but I would encourage people to get out and look around today
and tomorrow. The break in the weather pattern should deposit quite a few
new migrants in CT, particularly tomorrow. It looks like the light north
winds will go south tonight. Not great conditions for overshoots but
certainly returning breeders should make a decent push tonight. I hope to
update the YTD list tomorrow.
