Birding this morning in Glastonbury: 6 Warblers including Nashville (best looks I have ever had) at Diamond Lake in East Glastonbury. Indigo Bunting was there, also. Also a Juvenile Bald Eagle, Red-shouldered Hawks "interacting" with a crow, and a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.
At CT Audubon Center: Blue-headed Vireo, Great-crested Flycatcher (FOY), Veery (FOY).
At Stop and Shop on Oak: Warbling Vireos and Balto Orioles. I tell you, this store is the only place to shop for birds!
Judging from the number of times I interrupted Chipping Sparrows "doing it" today, we can expect a bumper crop! :>)
