First one seen on our Westford property in 18yrs, a Brown Thrasher at feeder, 8:30 a.m. Also in area FOY Gray Catbirds, and Black-throated Blue W., 8 White-throated Sparrows, one Slate-colored Junco, miscellaneous others. The trees and shrubs seemed alive with neotropicals early this a.m. then quiet by 9:00. We had an outstanding early a.m. bird chorus.
