Birded East Rock Park this morning with Dori Sosensky and Roy Harvey.
Arrived at 6:30am and things were rather slow and quiet along the
river path. Then went up to Trowbridge Drive where there were several
nice waves of migrants. Totals were 17 species of warbler including
WILSON'S and 1 or 2 BLACKBURNIAN plus the expected tanagers, vireos,
and grosbeaks. Also heard of an Indigo Bunting sighted.

Sandy Point at 11:00am had:
5 Black-bellied Plover
28 Semipalmated Plover
1 Piping Plover
5 Gr Yellowlegs
4 Willet
2 Spotted Sandpiper
2 Least Sandpiper
2 Dunlin
1 Least Tern (my first-of-year)
