After an enjoyable (although short) time with the NHBC this morning in East Rock, and my final up in Storrs, I went over to West Rock to see what was going on over there from 1:00 - 3:30. Besides a group of people trying to catch butterflies, there were hardly any people there.

Here are the highlights: Canada Warbler (1), Ovenbird (2), Yellow-throated Vireo (1), Nashville Warbler (1), Great-crested Flycatcher (1)

Others include: Blue-winged Warbler (7), Louisiana Waterthrush (1), Northern Waterthrush (2), Northern Parula (1), Broad-winged Hawk (1), Eastern Towhee (3), Black and White Warbler (19), Scarlet Tanager (2), and Eastern Kingbird (1).

43 total species, 9 warbler species.
