This morning I lead a trip for Hartford Audubon at Station 43, S. Windsor. There were two LEAST BITTERN and 1 BROWN THRASHER. It seems the thrasher had a nest since it was seen on the ground with food in its bill, flew into a thick hedge row and soon flew out with nothing. There were also 2 MARSH WREN out in the marsh, I haven't seen them there for the last couple of years. At the north end of the pond a mink was seen.
