[CT Birds] breeding C Mergansers

Common Mergamsers breed regularly on the Pomperaug and Naugatuck Rivers, and 
a couple of years ago Dennis Varza had a female with young on one of the big 
Fairfield County reservoirs (Aspetuck?), not all that far from the coast.
