Hi  - As has already been mentioned, the standard "who cooks for you" call is higher-pitched in females than in males.  There's some overlap in the range of pitch, however.  Individual owls will also sometimes throw in whinnies, tremolos, and extra notes - the additions don't seem to be sex-specific.

I'd add that the whine, squeal, and siren sounds that are on that page can be made by both males and females.
