[CT Birds] 'Rarest' bird in the world found

Just a quickie for those who have followed my expedition to Ethiopia  
to try to find Nechisar Nightjar. The species was described from just  
one wing found 20 years ago by a British expedition with the type  
specimen lodged with the British Museum. The species had never been  
seen alive.  Four of us (including Ian Sinclair) took days to get into  
the area. Nightmare to access the Nechisar plains even though we hired  
a local with an AK47 machine gun!  Against all odds we saw the birds  
on 2 nights...as well as other nightjar species in the same habitat.
