[CT Birds] Somers' Grassland Birds

As a resident of Somers, I keep looking for the birds that were "supposed" 
to come here from Rentchler to our Prison lands but so far I have not found 
any and in fact a lot of the grassland at the prison is being bulldozed this 
year for an undetermined project they have going on.  The grassland that is 
left does not seem to be managed very well as it is either left really tall 
and weedy for years or cut too early in the year for nesters.
I have been finding bobolinks in other parts of town though, mainly in the 
hay fields that are starting to be cut so they might find their way to the 
Prison.  I will keep monitoring.
