[CT Birds] looking for pelicans

Hi Glenn,Yes it was there at Stonington Point on 7/20/92 that Joe Zeranski, Charlie Barnard & I saw (and photographed) 3-4 Brown Pelicans, following a tip by a local birder (I think it was Bob Dewire). They had been flying back and forth past the Point.

Dave's mention of Stoningon Point as a place to look for Brown Pelican is right on.  I have had two different non-birding friends report Brown Pelican to me from Stonington Borough.  Both were mid-summer sightings from the early to mid 90's.
