Just got a call from Frank Gallo. The White-faced Ibis he reported yesterday from Silver Sands State Park in Milford is present as of 10:42 this morning, feeding with about 20 Glossy Ibis on the grass near the entrance road.

Frank asked that I emphasize that this is NOT an easy identification. The bird is not in breeding plumage, so it looks pretty much like all the Glossy Ibises it is with. He said you can see the red eye with a scope, but not so much with binoculars. Also something about it being a wee bit bigger, and a bit of white on the forehead. So remember to take a good field guide with you.
