[CT Birds] Southport Survey 196

Southport Survey # 196
Off shore was empty again with  only a couple of Herring Gull about.  
The one odd observation was a flock of 5 Green-winged Teal off shore  
of Pine Creek Beach. They looked a little lost out there in the  
sound. The Golf course had construction going on again limiting the  
number of Killdeer. All the Canada Geese in the area were found at  
Sherwood Island. It looks like the Hooded Merganser moved on.  
Otherwise the count was boring.
