[CT Birds] phalarope Sta 43

Inquiring minds want to know ... did anybody figure out what this was?  A mildly interesting sighting!

Subject: [CT Birds] phalarope Sta 43

Sara Zagorski and Denise Jurnigan are at the end of Vibert Road, Station 43, S Windsor, c 4:45 p.m. looking at a phalarope in the CT River. Tough ID between Red and Red-necked. If anyone can get out there for a look they'd appreciate the help.
