[CT Birds] Nice sparrow fallout at the Bent this afternoon

All of a sudden there were sparrows everywhere this afternoon at the Bent. I heard a bunch of Swamp Sparrows and decided to take a quick walk through Althea's Meadow at the Audubon Center at Bent of the River. Had over 20 Swamp Sparrows and about a half dozen LINCOLN'S SPARROWS, plus lots of Song and a few White-throated. Too bad it wasn't this busy when Denise Jernigan stopped by earlier today. Might be worth stopping by your local sparrow patch this evening.

>From Patrick Comins:

10/6/09 - Southbury, Audubon Center at Bent of the River - 4-6 LINCOLN'S SPARROWS among nice sparrow fallout.
