[CT Birds] On This Day (10/7)

Hello CTBirders,
Do all records of Gray Jays in Connecticut lack sufficient  
documentation? This is not the first time that I've heard of the  
species occurrence in the state.  It's a pretty straight forward  
identification so why isn't it on the state list?
