The Boothe Park hawkwatch site was relatively quiet until 1 PM when we
called it a day due to the Southwest wind and relatively little hawk movement
over the site. However, an adult Golden Eagle did come over shortly after
noon. It approached from the West and turned Southward while coasting very,
very high up.
Two Bald Eagles were also seen traveling down the Housatonic River
together, chasing each other at times..
