[CT Birds] Boothe Park Hawks 10/19

 271 hawks in the 100% stunningly clear blue sky. We also slowed down
dramatically around 1 despite light winds persisting to the west/northwest.
Observers who combined for approximately 6.5 hours included Charlie Barnard,
Frank Mantlik, Brian Webster, special guest Julian Hough, and myself.

Raptor migrants:

2 Osprey
2 Bald Eagle
3 Northern Harrier
105 Sharp-shinned Hawk
23 Cooper's Hawk
13 Red-shouldered Hawk
16 Red-tailed Hawk
11 American Kestrel
2 Merlin
9 Accipiter

7 Raptor
