[CT Birds] Poss. Western Kingbird

Can anyone check this out further? If a yellow-bellied kingbird,  
Western is most likely but 3 other species have occurred in the  
northeast. There was just a Tropical in Delaware. If no tail, look for  
head/bill size, facial and breast patterns, and listen for a call.  
Please post results ASAP.
