You can cover it from the car, and the rain-soaked lawns attract gulls, waterfowl and shorebirds. There's a pond and you're right on the Sound. There's also a capped landfill that has what has to be a self-sustaining Ring-necked Pheasant population. About a week ago I was there early and had two male phesants feeding along the road that runs along the edge of the landfill.
