Hi All,

Pretty cold out today and somewhat birdless at first. Things picked up however with one lone Snow Goose in with the many flocks of migrant Canada's at Long Beach, a decent mix of ducks at Frash Pond including a Greater Scaup, a Bald Eagle making a nice timely arival at Caswell Cove, RB Nuthatch and Pied-billed Grebes as Mondo Ponds, the continuing female Northern Shoveler at Wooster Pond as well as a Rock Pigeon that was doing a rather decent impression of the Ivory Gull from Cape May.

On the way back to Wilton I stopped off at Allen's Meadows - no Painted Bunting but plenty of activity - only thing of any note though was the one Fox Sparrow (seem to have been pretty thin this year) and a Brown-headed Cowbird which would be nice for the CBC.
