[CT Birds] Hartford Audubon Soc. Jan. and Feb. programs

There have been some changes in the Jan. and Feb. programs for the
Hartford Audubon monthly meetings. The meetings are held at St. James
Episcopal Church, 1018 Farmington Ave., West Hartford, CT. The social
part of the meeting is from 7:00 - 7:30 pm, the business meeting is
from 7:30 - 8:00, and the program begins at 8:00 pm.
Tonight, Jan. 12 - Due to a last minute cancellation, Patricia Brennan
will NOT be speaking on The Very Private Lives of Birds. Instead, Sara
Zagorski will be speaking on the Antarctic trip that she and Denise
Jernigan did in Dec. 2008. It will be about penguins, icebergs,
penguins, pelagic birds, penguins, and adventure in the southern seas.
Feb. 9 - Trina Bayard will not be speaking on saltmarsh sparrows.
Instead, Luke Tiller from Sunrise Birding will be speaking on
Yellowstone National Park, showing pictures of birds, animals, and
glorious scenery from the Spring 2009 trip he did there.
The meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
