   2/15 - After dropping off Frank Mantlik,we decided to try for Short-eared Owl while in Stratford.No owl,but, we did have 2 WILSON'S SNIPE at the Birdseye Boat ramp,1 in the ditch and 1 in the north side marsh and a NORTHERN HARRIER hunting over the marsh across the river on the Milford side despite duck hunters blasting away.
