 From SH Johnston, Farmington
2/14/10 -- Farmington center, 1 TURKEY VULTURE. Harlequin Duck not seen today in two brief visits to Grist Mill and Riverside Cemetery, but it may still be around. I saw it on Sunday, but I did not get out on Monday to look. The river is somewhat high right now; last time the water rose, the duck was not seen for a few days, probably because it sought swifter waters.
