4/16/2010 -- Madison,  Hammonasset State Park (8-10:30 AM) -  PECTORAL 
SANDPIPER at marsh  restoration area near East Beach. Great views! 
Other species recorded:  Canada Goose, Brant, American Black Duck, Mallard, 
Surf Scoter, Red-breasted  Merganser, Common Loon, Red-throated Loon, 
Double-crested Cormorant, Osprey,  Northern Harrier, Killdeer, Least Sandpiper, 
Herring Gull, Great Black-backed  Gull, Mourning Dove, American Crow, Tree 
Swallow, Black-capped Chickadee,  Carolina Wren, American Robin, Northern 
Mockingbird, European Starling, Song  Sparrow, White-throated Sparrow, Northern 
Cardinal, Common Grackle, Brown-headed  Cowbird, Red-winged Blackbird, House 
Finch, American Goldfinch.
