It was a great morning-the migration push was no disappointment at Hill-Stead. In only forty minutes of walking: yellow warbler, black-throated green warbler, common yellowthroat, blue=winged warbler, baltimore oriole, wood thrush, barred owl, northern parula, eastern towhee, yellow-bellied flycatcher, warbling vireo, philadelphia vireo, eastern kingbird, barn swallow, wild turkey plus all the usual suspects (bluebird, tree swallow, rw blackbird and so on.) The turkey showed off in the parking lot as visitors were getting ready to go into the museum! Great fun.
