And one additional at Milford Point. There was a GLAUCOUS GULL on the outermost bar (to the west). It appeared to be the 2nd-cycle individual that had been at Long Beach in Stratford this winter/spring.

Subject: [CT Birds] Shorebird show, Milford 5/21

5/21 Milford, Milford Point 4:30-6:00 pm (high tide) - 2000 shorebirds of 12 species today, including 2 WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPERS and hundreds each of black-bellied and semipalmated plovers, sanderlings, semipalmated sandpiper, and dunlin. Most were wearing their finest breeding plumage. An adult PEREGRINE put them all up. Surprisingly, no terns seen.
