I agree with Bill. The light pollution seems to be causing an increase in nocturnal song  by diurnal species. There is really nothing that can be done if this bothers you other than maybe using a white noise source in your bedroom to drown out the nocturnal mocker song. As for the bird getting a girl friend and stopping, I'm not so sanguine. He'll probably just switch to the blues. Just kidding... just kidding...
