Anyone got an idea what this bird is? Obviously not a Wood Thrush, and
did not appear to be a Hermit thrush. The markings on the breast extended
only a short way down, and appeared to be as much horizontal jagged stripes
as spots. Almost resembled necklaces. The individual spots were not round,
but uneven shaped, almost rectangular in some cases.
