[CT Birds] White-tailed Kite

>From 3:30 to 4:00pm the White-tailed Kite in Stratford, CT was observed and was 
there when I left at 4.  I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours before it showed again 
but I figured it would be back since kites do circuits when hunting and i was 
right.  It's a beautiful bird.  Good luck to those who go.
