GlAd you had an exciting morning. Sounds like the hawks are beginning to migrate
I am spending today relaxing at home
Still feel kinda tired but I have all the windows open in the house to get some cross ventilation and fresh air in the house
Nice weather!

Newberry Road section of stn 43 South Windsor Blue Winged Teal and
Blue Winged Warbler (warbler is hard to find here this late) Then on to
Northwest Park in Windsor where there was a large gathering of
swallows flying just above the ground which were composed of mostly
Tree and Northern Rough Winged but also 1 Barn and 1 Cliff. As i was
enjoying the swallows out of nowhere came an immature Sharp
Shinned Hawk and with a thud he hit the ground about 30 feet from me
and nailed what looked like a Tree Swallow. This all happened so
fast i did not see the hawk until he was almost on the ground! For a
while after this there was not a swallow in sight!
