Went to Bakersville Swamp this morn.
Was quite dead, seeing only some Sparrows and other common stuff,
plus 4 species of warbler.

But of interest to me was observing a large tree with a poison Ivy vine covering
the trunk just loaded with berries. In just 15 mins, I saw the following birds
eating it's white berries.

2 Titmice
4 Chickadee
2 Catbird
1 Hairy Woodpecker
1 Downy
1 Yellow rumped Warbler
1 Phoebe
2 Song Sparrow, and I'm sure many more birds will be eating there today.

As we all know, birds do eat these berries, (over 50 species) and their
dispersal of the poison ivy seeds is why we see this poisonous plant just about
anywhere and everywhere.
