from Brenda Innskeep, Phil Rusch, and Glenn Williams:
10/2 - Groton, Bluff Point -- male GOLDEN-WINGED WARBLER, 2 ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS, LINCOLN 'S SPARROW, 9 AMERICAN PIPITS, 7 YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKERS, BROWN CREEPER, 2 BROWN THRASHERS, 13 RED-BREASTED NUTHATCHES, 17 PURPLE FINCHES - 15 warbler species, 750 "warbler types"

As described earlier, Phil found the male Golden-winged Warbler on the trail that parallels the main road and we found an Orange-crowned Warbler and Lincoln's Sparrow at the brush dump.  Brenda had a different Orange-crowned Warbler at the hot corner.

Many birds went over high early and were undercounted - some could not be seen without binoculars they were so far up.  Birds such as Golden-crowned Kinglet, Northern Parula, Yellow-rumped Warbler, American Redstart, etc. are easier to ID in flight and were counted more accurately then say Blackpoll - I am sure that they were greatly undercounted.
