While monitoring Piping Plovers at high tide there was a nice showing of spring shorebird migration including:  Western Sandpiper, Dunlin, around 100 Least Terns, about a dozen Common Terns, Rudy Turnstone, Least and Semipalmated Sandpipers, Semipalmated Plovers, Black-bellied Plovers, and large flock of Brant.  The usual: one pair of Oyster Catchers nesting, Willets, Spotted Sandpipers, and Piping Plovers (three chicks at present).
