9/12 New Haven, Lighthouse Point hawk watch - 64 diurnal raptors (mainly Osprey and Sharrp-shinned hawk) on predominantly SW winds. A decent showing given the conditions. Other migrants included one flyover migrant Solitary Sandpiper (something I've never seen anywhere but Lighthouse), 39 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, 1 Eastern Kingbird, 2 DICKCISSELS (if you're intersted in learning this species' rather impolite call notes, as opposed to getting a good look at one, this is the place to go) and c. 90 Bobolinks.

Two (possibly 3) local Peregrine Falcons were present on and off all day, and an adult Bald Eagle, which seems to be a local bird, was present for the thrid straight Modnay.
