Say's Phoebe seems to be the bird to find this fall, another one has been found today on Long Island, NY. That'd make a nice Big Sit bird!

Subject: [CT Birds] Big Sit Change of Location - Urgent

Due to high water on Newbury Road and inaccessibility in getting to Station 43, the South Windsor location of Hartford Audubon Society's Big Sit has been moved to Vibert Road. Vibert Road is off Main Street, south of Newbury Road. Turn west off Main Street and travel past the South Windsor Water Pollution Control Facility just past where the stream crosses the dirt road that goes west to the Connecticut River.

The Big Sit will be held on Sunday, October 9th and there are numerous other Big Sit locations throughout Connecticut including sites at Milford Point and at White Memorial in Litchfield.
