Today was pretty dead at Birdcraft with the exception of a juvenile BROWN
THRASHER, always exciting to capture a bird of concern in Connecticut.

Yesterday (when I wasn't there) they caught 62 birds (seven recaps):
ruby-crowned kinglet
golden-crowned kinglet
brown creeper
winter wren
eastern phoebe
eastern wood peewee
American redstart
myrtle warbler
blue-headed vireo
hermit thrush
Swainson's thrush
WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW
downy woodpecker
white-throated sparrow (27)
tufted titmouse
white-breasted nuthatch
northern cardinal
gray catbird
BROWN THRASHER (also a juvie)
American robin
common yellowthroat
black and white warbler
song sparrow
